Victim dies after assault

A Marshall County man has been charged with murder after the victim from a July 14 incident died in Methodist University Hospital August 27, according to sheriff Kenny Dickerson.
Kenneth Horn, 48, of the 500 block of Fields Road, Byhalia area, was charged in July with aggravated assault of Adrian Martin Kenny, in the 400 block of Fields Road.
