Vehicle runs into business

A van crashed into the front of a Holly Springs business Tuesday. Darryl Bowens, assistant chief with the Holly Springs Police Department, said police received the call to Crossroads Rehab at 7:09 a.m. The driver, who was a patient at Crossroads Rehab, was pulling up to the business when his foot accidentally slipped off the brake and hit the gas. Bowens said that, according to the police report, both the vehicle and the front of the building were heavily damaged. The driver was not injured. Two employees were inside Crossroads Rehab but not injured.
