Upgrade

New water lines (white tubing) and gas lines (yellow tubing) are being laid outside the street surface behind the Fitch building in Holly Springs. All new service lines are replacing the old lines in the alley and in the area along South Memphis Street near city hall. For more information and photos, see page 12.
