Two face drug charges
Two Marshall County residents were arrested Thursday, July 27, by the Marshall County Narcotics Task Force who were assisted by officers with the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
Sheriff Kenny Dickerson said officers executed a search warrant at a residence located on Mt. Zion Road in the northwest area of the county which led to two arrests and seizure of one pound of of crystal meth amphetamine.
Christopher Moore, 38, of the Byhalia area, was arrested and charged with one count aggravated trafficking of crystal meth amphetamine enhanced possession with a weapon, one count possession with intent to distribute marijuana enhanced with possession of a weapon, one count of convicted felon in possession of a firearm, and one count of conspiracy to distribute crystal meth amphetamine, Dickerson said.
