Space available at Sims

Holly Springs Mayor Kelvin Buck discussed leases for space in the buildings on the Sims school campus on West Valley Avenue with the board of aldermen.

The city assumed ownership following the move of Holly Springs Intermediate School to its new campus on Maury Street.

Buck said he is trying to get spaces leased out to groups for occupancy. And he especially wants to get people to use the Sims gym, he said.
