The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department recently recovered stolen property, plus made arrests in several burglary cases and an aggravated assault case, according to sheriff Kenny Dickerson.
On May 29, county investigators assisted the Piperton Police Department in recovery of an estimated $30,000 of stolen property taken from a business in the Highway 302 area near Barton.
The property, which consisted of construction equipment, was recovered from a Milton Drive address in Barton, after Judge Earnest Cunningham issued a search warrant, the sheriff said.
