Another suspect sought in the murder of Tardarious Williams on July 1, 2016, is in custody at the Marshall County jail, according to sheriff Kenny Dickerson.
Jorge Najera, 31, of the Memphis, Tenn., area was arrested in Oklahoma City, Okla., Dickerson said, after a traffic charge. Officers in Oklahoma ran his license on the national crime database and learned he was wanted in Marshall County, the sheriff said.
Najera was brought back to Marshall County Tuesday, Jan. 30, Dickerson said.
Bond has not been set, and Najera awaits an appearance in circuit court on a capital murder charge.
