Seal applied

The Great Seal of the State of Mississippi goes up on the office door of Third District Circuit Court Judge Kent Smith. A portion of the county administrator's office was sectioned off to make space for the judge and a secretary. A seal for the tax office was also affixed. Doing the tedious peel off of the backing is Matt Tomlinson. Assisting him is Randy Edwards.
