Remembering 9/11

Last Friday 9/11 was remembered with a parade involving local law enforcement, fire department trucks, and emergency and rescue trucks. The parade entered downtown Holly Springs from North Memphis Street, circled the square and returned on East College Avenue. The United States Flag was held at half-mast outside the county courthouse to honor and remember those injured or who lost their lives or loved ones during the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
