Police department fully staffed

A fully-staffed Holly Springs Police Department is increasing public safety throughout the city, said chief Dwight Harris.

“We are now able to be more proactive with patrolling,” Harris said. “We have better response times on calls. And with a fully-staffed department, we are able to cut back on overtime costs.”

Harris said his officers are able to work more safely if they get the proper amount of rest.
