Pit bulls “arrested”

Holly Springs police officer Samuel Harris and dogcatcher Quoderick Harris rounded up a pit bull that was loose and threatening a walker in Holly Springs. Three pit bulls were taken in. Quoderick Harris said the pits had been without food or water. Two were in cages and the third, which escaped from its cage, threatened a walker.
