Permanent resort district requested by Swaney

Marshall Steakhouse owner Randall Swaney and his attorney Bill Schneller asked the board of supervisors recently to move the zoning from temporary resort to permanent resort status.

The property has been zoned temporary for one year.

Board attorney Kent Smith advised that the check list on the development plan filed in the board minutes has to be looked over first.
