Marshall Academy begins phasing in one-to-one program
Marshall Academy is launching a one-to-one computer program, giving all students access to Chromebooks throughout the school day.
Headmaster Barrett Donahoe said goals include helping students comfortably use technology in today’s world and enhancing the teaching and learning process.
A Chromebook is a laptop unit that runs off Google’s web-based Chrome operating system.
Donahoe said the use of Chromebooks will boost communication and organization, and teachers will be able to draw from resources available through online programs.
