In January this year when there was so much rain, Janya Rowland had trouble getting in and out of her drive.
“How horrible and deplorable that road is,” she told Marshall County supervisors about Lundine Drive. “It was so muddy down our hill and up the other it takes a four-wheel drive.”
Rowland has three children who have hemophilia, a free-bleeding blood disorder because of the lack of a clotting factor.
“Our issue is our bleeding disorder. Ambulances can’t go over those bumps. I want my service (garbage pickup, mail) at my drive,” Rowland said.
