Downtown Holly Springs celebrated the first official Juneteenth federal holiday. The community gathered around the square for the parade, music, speakers and other activities. Juneteenth is remembering the past and moving toward the future to evolve an absolute equality of personal rights and to grow together as a free nation. See more photos on page 16.
