Jesse Holland visits Holly Springs

Marshall County’s own Jesse Holland Jr. visited Holly Springs in an impromptu appearance after a cancellation in Atlanta, Ga. He is the son of Yvonne and Jesse Holland Sr. of Hudsonville.

On finding that Holland was coming home for a quick visit, a reception was held at The Bottomless Cup on South Memphis Street in Holly Springs where he gave a short talk about growing up here, his education, and recent popularity as writer of “Black Panther Who is the Black Panther?,” a novel that was adapted for the screen.

Black Panther is a 2018 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. It is produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
