Marshall County is preparing for quality jobs and needs quality housing to go along with that growth, said Gary Anderson, consultant for the board of supervisors.
“When you are dealing with health and safety and quality of life, there is a lot of interest,” he said. “People want their property values to be maintained.”
Marshall County’s economic policy is on the right track, and the infrastructure is in place, he assured supervisors.
