Hospice comes to Alliance

Holly Springs and Marshall County have a new hospice and palliative care center.

Alliance Hospital inaugurated the unit at Alliance Hospital November 21.

Community members participated in the ribbon-cutting and gave their personal testimony about how their loved ones have received the best of care at Alliance.

Mayor Kelvin Buck helped launch the event saying, “It is a special honor for me. I’m very familiar with Dr. Williams and Perry Williams and the entire staff. When everyone else has turned their back on the community, they continue to cover and expand our care. Hospice is a much-needed service and there is no one better who can provide that service.”

Perry Williams, CEO of Alliance HealthCare System, has led the hospital for the last 19 years.
