Kenny Brown (left) joins Blue Mother Tupelo on stage Friday as part of the 12th annual North Mississippi Hill Country Picnic. Due to the inclement weather, the festival was moved from outdoors at Waterford to an alternate indoor location at Davis Park on the Old Carter Place in neighboring Tate County.
