Head Start Program receives Marshall County support

Marshall County supervisors and officials, on Monday, May 18, provided a check of nearly $47,000 to the Institute of Community Services Inc. (ICS) Headstart for the county's yearly allocation to the program. ICS Head Start operates federal, community-based programs in North Mississippi to improve school readiness for low-income children. It provides comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, and family support services to help children succeed in kindergarten and beyond.
