Gray new principal at Potts Camp

Billy Gray has hit the ground running as the new principal at Potts Camp High School.

He was hired just two weeks ago by the Marshall County School Board, replacing Luke Tentoni who left for a position in another district. School starts next Monday, Aug. 7.

“I’m playing catch-up,” Gray said. “I hope the community will be patient, and let’s move forward together.”

He comes to Potts Camp after a year at Byhalia High School as assistant principal. He said he enjoyed being a part of a group effort at BHS last year that boosted academic growth.

“As a team, we made vast improvements,” he said.
