County busy with activity

Larry Hall has seen a lot of progress the 25 years he has worked for Marshall County, and particularly now.
“We’ve taken a back seat to DeSoto County as far as growth, but it’s coming our way and it’s still rolling,” said the county administrator during a recent talk to the Holly Springs Rotary Club. “A lot of stars are aligning for us.”
Hall said Interstate 22 (formerly Highway 78), the new I-269 and the four-laning of Highway 72 progressing rapidly in the northwestern part of the county, are tremendous assets.
