The Christmas Lighting Contest winners for 2019 were announced by the Holly Springs Main Street Chamber. Executive director Christy Owens said the contest judges are selected from out of town to avoid any bias. The contest winners are:

Best Door

First Place: Manny and Betty Burch – 425 Cedar Hill Second Place: Danny and Charlotte Worsham – 188 N. Wathall Street Third Place: Stacey Humphreys – E. Van Dorn Avenue

Best Yard

First Place: Tom and Phoebe Stewart — 185 South Center Street Second Place: Alma Bowen – 288 N. Slayden Street Third Place: Marvin and Shelia Walton – 545 North West Boundary Street at Woodward Avenue
