Communicare director makes report to board

Sandy Rogers, director of Communicare for Region 2 Mental Health, provided an annual report to the board of supervisors recently on activity in Marshall County.

She said Celes Tucker is the Communicare commissioner for Marshall County. Kipp Heatherly is the county office supervisor for Commu­nicare, which is located in the old Medicaid office building on Highway 4 East.

Region 2 Communicare, a non-profit organization, has an annual budget of $14,667,820 and Marshall County’s contribution is $46,819. The county’s contribution has not changed, she said.
