Child killed in car accident

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to a one-car accident Tuesday morning, according to sheriff Kenny Dickerson.
Four children were on their way to school in Tate County when the accident occurred, according to Maj. David Cook on the scene.
It happened at around 7:15 a.m. about a mile from Highway 309 South at 6816 Hernando Road, Dickerson said.
