The Bank of Holly Springs has made a substantial donation to the Bishop Houck New Hope Village.
Bank president Steve Gresham said the bank has been a supporter of the homeless shelter in Holly Springs for a number of years.
“We have supported the shelter since years ago when I was on the board,” he said. “And when the Catholics took over we sensed a need to be able to support them.”
The Catholic Diocese of Jackson bought the property a year ago and hired Jeff Bell to manage the shelter and bring it back to robust health.
