Arrests made in burglary, assaults
Investigators with the Marshall County Sheriff’s office have made an arrest in a residential burglary and two arrests in separate cases of domestic violence aggravated assault, according to sheriff Kenny Dickerson.
Two suspects were arrested in a March 30 burglary on Gramling Road, he said. The suspects turned themselves in to the sheriff April 25.
Karen Callahand, 47, of Water Valley, and Jeffery Caldwell, 49, of Oxford, were charged with burglary of a residence and later released on $10,000 secure bonds, Dickerson said.
The suspects allegedly took large sums of money from the victim’s residence.
