Annual luncheon draws crowd, honors employees

The second annual Employee Appreciation Luncheon, a joint effort of the Chambers of Commerce in Byhalia and Holly Springs, was held recently at Clancy’s Cafe in Red Banks. Guest speaker for the event was Suzanne Lafever, who leads the WIN Job Center in Byhalia.
Lafever worked 16 years at the Marshall County Department of Human Services prior to joining the program operated by Northwest Mississippi Community College.
Lafever works closely with the counseling to success program (workforce ethics).
