The Holly Springs mayor and board of aldermen are discussing usages of facilities on the Sims School campus taken over by the city once the new intermediate school opened at the start of this school year.
The work in getting the buildings and campus ready has included fence and roof repair, painting and cleaning and it is now time to start using it, said mayor Kelvin Buck.
The rents or leases will follow the same prices and rules as at the Eddie Lee Smith Multi-Purpose Building, he said.
