82nd Annual Pilgrimage

The 82^nd annual Holly Springs Pilgrimage Tour of Homes opening ceremony at Montrose will be held at 9 a.m., 335 Salem Avenue. Everyone is invited to come and enjoy the art, music, history, reenactors and authors. Friday’s scheduled events begin with the tour of homes, churches and museums at 10 a.m. Other activities include the Plant it Pink Luncheon, from 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. At the historic Holly Springs Train Depot; an evening recital at 6 p.m. At the Holly Springs Methodist Church and a cemetery ghost tour to close the evening at the historic Hill Crest Cemetery at 8 p.m. See pages 8-9 in today’s edition for more events throughout the weekend.
