Holly Springs Primary registration for 2017-2018

Holly Springs Primary School announces pre-registration for the 2017-2018 school year.

Registration is set for Saturday, April 29, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Holly Springs Intermediate School Library.

Items needed for new and transferring students are:

• Completed 2017-2018 registration packet.

• Birth certificate.

• Immunization form (Form 121).

• Social Security Card.

• Two proofs of residency (lease/mortgage/homestead documents, current utility bill, current driver’s license or valid state ID, current car registration, current voter registration card, last report card - for transfer student).

Items needed for returning students are:

• Completed 2017-2018 registration packet.

• Two proofs of residency (lease/mortgage/homestead documents, current utility bill, current driver’s license or valid state ID, current car registration, current voter registration card).

Head Start students must have these documents when registering. Documents do not transfer from Head Start.
