First party for the class of 2015
What an emotional time for parents of high school seniors! Monday began the first of many lasts for seniors and their families.
Carole Jean Taylor hosted the Marshall Academy senior class Monday morning for a kick-off breakfast. The class members enjoyed fellowship and a hearty breakfast before heading off for their last first day of high school.
Sunday afternoon, the home of Lisa and Joe Faulkenbery was the setting for the first party for the Class of 2015 from Marshall Academy. Hostesses were Mary Clay Brooks, Kathy Elgin, Dianene Fant, Lisa Faulkenbery and Donna West.
The class members enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon swimming, playing basketball and tennis and hanging out with each other. They were served pizza and homemade ice cream. Party favors for the group were monogrammed beach towels in Marshall Academy colors.
Classmates who attended were Anna Summerlin, Arin Leigh Valentine, Caitlyn Brooks, Cheyenne Bolden, Christian Compton, Cody Greer, Colt Lindsey, Dakota Dailey, Devin McGreger, Jake Jones, Kat Moore, MC Hutchens, Maura Jane Autry, Michael Thompson, Montana Easley, Stephen Elgin, Thomas Faulkenbery, Tobe West, Tucker Fant and Wesleyann Ray. Their class sponsors, Vicki Webb and Kay Wheeler, also attended the festivities.
