SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF
SALE
WHEREAS, on January 13, 1998,
Sebastian
Wells and wife, Patricia Wells, executed a Deed of Trust to J. Kizer
Jones, Trustee for the use and benefit of Associates Financial Services
Company of Delaware, Inc., which Deed of Trust is on file and of record
in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi, in
Deed of Trust Record Book 231 at Page 618, thereof; and
WHEREAS, the property described
in said
deed of trust was conveyed to Sebastian Wells, by instrument on file
and of record in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk as
Instrument No. 2008002686 thereof;
WHEREAS, the legal holder of the
said
Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, substituted Lem Adams, III,
as Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument
recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 348 at
Page 272, thereof; and
WHEREAS, default having been made
in
the performance of the conditions and stipulations as set forth by said
Deed of Trust, and having been requested by the legal holder of the
indebtedness secured and described by said Deed of Trust so to do,
notice is hereby given that I, Lem Adams, III, Substitute Trustee, by
virtue of the authority conferred upon me in said Deed of Trust, will
offer for sale and will sell at public sale and outcry to the highest
and best bidder for cash, during the legal hours (between the hours of
11 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m.) at the South front door of the
Marshall County Courthouse at Holly Springs, Mississippi, on the 31st

The award, if made,

The Board of Supervisors hereby
notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any
contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement; minority business
enterprise will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response
to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds

PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS are on
file in
the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, the County
Engineer's office and the Office of the State Aid Engineer, 412 Woodrow
Wilson Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi. This project shall be
constructed in accordance with the latest edition of the Mississippi
Standard Specifications for State Aid Road and Bridge Construction.
PLANS AND PROPOSALS may be
secured from
Larry L. Britt, County Engineer for Marshall County, Mississippi, P. O.
Box 308, Oxford, MS, 662-234-1763. The Cost is seventy-five
dollars ($75.00) for plans and thirty dollars ($30.00) for the
proposal, non-refundable.
Certified check or bid bond for
five
percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Marshall County and the
State of Mississippi must accompany each proposal.
Bidders are hereby notified that
any
proposal accompanied by letters qualifying in any manner the condition
under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular
bid and such proposal will not be considered in making the award.

Sealed proposals for the purchase

PSAP(Public Service Answering Point) equipment and a CAD(Computer Aided
Dispatch) system will be received by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of
the City of Holly Springs, Mississippi at the office of the Clerk of

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF
SALE
WHEREAS, on May 24, 2005, Tracy
Black
aka Tracy L. Black and wife, Brandy K. Black executed a certain deed of
trust to Jim B. Tohill, Trustee for the benefit of Ameriquest Mortgage
Company which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery
Clerk of Marshall County, State of Mississippi in Book 383 at Page 343
and re-recorded as Instrument No. 2008000128; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was
subsequently assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as
Trustee of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc. Asset Backed Pass
Through Certificates, Series 2005-R6 under the Pooling and Servicing
Agreement Dated as of July 1, 2005, Without Recourse by instrument
dated January 30, 2008 and recorded as Instrument Number 2008000936 of
the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank National
Trust
Company, as Trustee of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc. Asset
Backed Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-R6 under the Pooling and
Servicing Agreement Dated as of July 1, 2005, Without Recourse has
heretofore substituted J. Gary Massey as Trustee by instrument dated
January 30, 2008 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office
as Instrument Number 2008000953; and
WHEREAS, default having been made
in
the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt
secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Deutsche Bank National
Trust Company, as Trustee of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc. Asset
Backed Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-R6 under the Pooling and
Servicing Agreement Dated as of July 1, 2005, Without Recourse, the
legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned
Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and
property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the
purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's
fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, J. Gary
Massey,
Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on July 31, 2008 offer
for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between
the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the South Door of the County
Courthouse of Marshall County, located at Holly Springs, Mississippi,
to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described
property situated in Marshall County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot No. 11 of South Slayden Farms Subdivision, Phase I located in
Section 20, Township 2 South, Range 2 West, Marshall County,
Mississippi, Further shown, described and depicted upon that certain
plat and boundary survey prepared by Donald Hollingsworth, RLS #2525,
as recorded in Plat File 889-B, in the Register's Office for Marshall
County, Mississippi which plat reference is hereby made for a more
particular description of said property.
Being the same property conveyed
to
Southern Homes of Holly Springs, Inc. by deed from South Slayden Farms,
LLC filed for record in Book 354, Page 90, Register's Office for
Marshall County, Mississippi, dated 12-31-04.
And being the same property
conveyed to
Tracy Black, married, by deed from Southern Homes of Holly Springs,
Inc., being recorded simultaneously herewith.
