SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on April 25, 2001, Lucatheryn Wilson, an unmarried woman
executed a certain deed of trust to Jim B. Tohill, Trustee for the
benefit of Long Beach Mortgage Company, which deed of trust is of
record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, State of
Mississippi in Book 280 at Page 714, and Reformed in Chancery Cause #
07-0209-A; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned to Deutsche Bank
National Trust Company formerly known as Bankers Trust Company of
California, N.A., as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2001-2,
by instrument dated January 28, 2007 and recorded in Book 93 at Page
519 of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company formerly known as Bankers
Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage
Loan Trust 2001-2 has heretofore substituted J. Gary Massey as Trustee
by instrument dated May 19, 2008 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery
Clerk's Office as Instrument # 2008003009 and re-recorded as Instrument
# 2008003294; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said
deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared
to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of
trust, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company formerly known as Bankers
Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage
Loan Trust 2001-2, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having
requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and
sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed
of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder,
together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.

The Marshall County Planning Commission will meet for their regularly
scheduled meeting on Thursday, July 10, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. in the
Zoning Office at 590 Old Highway 78-East, Holly Springs, Mississippi.
The public is invited to attend.
The following requests will be on the agenda:
ITEM 1: Mr. and Mrs. William Hollowell request to be allowed to operate
a recreational park to be used for family reunions, blues concerts,
picnics, etc., on their property located at 1465 Old Oxford Road. If

for the purpose of soliciting proposals from interested parties who can
most effectively and cost-efficiently administer
Prevention/Intervention Youth Development Programs in community-based
settings to prevent and reduce at-risk behaviors among youth ages 6-18
(19-21 year olds if they do not have a high school diploma or GED) and
low-income families to prevent, or break the cycle of, welfare
dependence. Services/activities shall include, but are not
limited to, reducing and preventing out-of-wedlock pregnancies,
prevention/intervention/reduction of substance abuse (use of alcohol,
drugs and tobacco products) and prevention/reduction, other behaviors
that prevent the attainment of high school diploma or GED.
The eligible organization must have an established statewide Youth
Development Program that currently works with young people from
disadvantaged economic, social and family circumstances in Mississippi.
The lead agency must be licensed to work and have an office in
Mississippi.

family support services, which enhance/strengthen the ability of
parents to respond to their children in a positive manner, stabilize
the family unit, prevent teenage pregnancies, increase parenting skills
and knowledge, and prevents serious disruptions in family life. All
services are provided at no charge to the youth and their families. The
proposal must address all of the following services:

2. Responsible Fatherhood Training

During the May 2008 session, the Board of Supervisors was informed that

You, as well as any other interested party, may appear and present any
relevant evidence or facts that you may have with regard to this issue
at said time and place. If, at that time, the Board
determines that the condition of the referenced real property is such
that it is a menace to the public health and/or safety of the
community, then county employees or contract labor will be instructed
to proceed with the cleaning and clearing of the property consistent
with the provisions of the statute.
The actual costs of cleaning the property will be adjudicated by
Resolution of the Board and shall become an assessment against your
property. The assessment for cleaning the property shall not
exceed $10,000.00. This assessment shall become a lien
