Mary Reid provides registration information
All students returning to Mary Reid School (grades 1-3) for the 2014-2015 school year must pre-register.
Parents must come by the school to pick up a registration packet as soon as possible. Parents will be required to provide two proofs of residency to show that they live in the Mary Reid School District.
All kindergartners who live in the Mary Reid School District will register July 21-25. Students must have the following information in order to register – certified copy of birth certificate, Social Security card, shot record (121 Compliance Form), mortgage or property deed or rental agreement, current utility bill or bank statement or government letter. Students will not be enrolled until all paperwork is complete.
Registration documents for students attending Mary Reid for the first time include:
• A certified copy of the child’s birth certificate.
• A shot record on a MS Compliance Form 121.
• Social Security card.
• Withdrawal form with current grades or a final report card from previous school.
• A copy of discipline file from previous school.
• A driver’s license with the current address.
• Two documents establishing proof of residency.
