WHEREAS, on the 28th day of January, 2008, Mortgage

Registration Systems, Inc., assigned said Deed of Trust unto US Bank
National Association as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston HEAT
2005-4, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery
Clerk in Instrument #2008000593; and
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of January, 2008, the Holder of
said Deed of
Trust substituted and appointed Emily Kaye Courteau as Trustee in said
Deed of Trust, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the

National Trust Company, as Trustee of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities,
Inc. Asset Backed Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-R6 under the
Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of July 1, 2005, Without
Recourse by instrument dated January 30, 2008 and recorded as
Instrument Number 2008000936 of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office;
and
WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as
Trustee of Ameriquest
Mortgage Securities, Inc. Asset Backed Pass Through Certificates,
Series 2005-R6 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of
July 1, 2005, Without Recourse has heretofore substituted J. Gary
Massey as Trustee by instrument dated January 30, 2008 and recorded in
the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office as Instrument Number 2008000953;
and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and
conditions of said
deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared
to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of
trust, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of Ameriquest
Mortgage Securities, Inc. Asset Backed Pass Through Certificates,
Series 2005-R6 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of
July 1, 2005, Without Recourse, the legal holder of said indebtedness,
having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the
trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of
said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due
thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense
of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, J. Gary Massey, Substituted Trustee
in said deed of
trust, will on June 19, 2008 offer for sale at public outcry and sell
within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00
p.m.), at the South Door of the County Courthouse of Marshall County,
located at Holly Springs, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder
for cash the following described property situated in Marshall County,
State of Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot No. 11 of South Slayden Farms Subdivision, Phase I located in
Section 20, Township 2 South, Range 2 West, Marshall County,
Mississippi, Further shown, described and depicted upon that certain
plat and boundary survey prepared by Donald Hollingsworth, RLS #2525,
as recorded in Plat File 889-B, in the Register's Office for Marshall
County, Mississippi which plat reference is hereby made for a more
particular description of said property.
Being the same property conveyed to Southern Homes of
Holly Springs,
Inc. by deed from South Slayden Farms, LLC filed for record in Book
354, Page 90, Register's Office for Marshall County, Mississippi, dated
12-31-04.
And being the same property conveyed to Tracy Black,
married, by deed
from Southern Homes of Holly Springs, Inc., being recorded
simultaneously herewith.
