It’s worse other places
When the alarm clock went off Monday morning, the first thing I did was check the temperature – on the outside.
It was 10 degrees (with a wind chill just below 0).
Close to Nowhere
I’m a Southerner, by golly!
And Southerners are not meant to be cold. That is the big reason God put me in the South, so I wouldn’t have to freeze to death.
It’s gone past ludacris, into the ridiculous!
Little green garden snakes are dangerous
If you always thought those little green garden snakes were OK, read on. Green garden grass snakes can be dangerous. Yes, grass snakes, not rattlesnakes.
A couple in Sweetwater, Texas, had a lot of potted plants and during a recent cold spell, the wife was bringing a lot of them indoors to protect them from a possible freeze.
