Mary Reid kindergarten registration

Kindergarten registration at Mary Reid School for the 2008-2009 school year will be held Tuesday, April 22 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m., and Thursday, April 24 from 3 p.m.-6 p.m.

Please bring the following information: birth certificate, Social Security card, shot record (Form 121), mortgage deed or lease agreement, current utility bill and driver’s license.

Combined class reunion July 4-6

The Byhalia High School classes of 1976, 1978 and 1979 are having a combined class reunion on July 4-6, 2008. The events will be held at the Byhalia High School Gymnasium.

The cost for the reunion is $50 per individual, $75 per couple.

Superior rating

Holly Springs High School choral department received a superior rating at the state choral festival. The high school chorus, SSA chorus and sextet competed in the State Choral Festival held at Pearl High School on April 2. All three groups received a superior rating.
