Under and by virtue of the authority
vested in me as Trustee in that certain Deed of Trust dated
March 13, 2012 executed by Abdi M. Umar unto William F. Schneller as
Trustee, to secure an indebtedness therein described to Bank of Holly
Springs, said Deed of Trust being of record as Instrument No.
2012001014 in the land records of the Clerk of the Chancery Court of
Marshall County, Mississippi; and default having been made in the
payment of the indebtedness thereby secured, and the undersigned having
been requested by the legal holder of said indebtedness to foreclose
said Deed of Trust, notice is hereby given that I, as Trustee
aforesaid, will, within lawful hours, at the South front door of the

seconds East 142.94 feet to the south boundary of Old Highway 78,

thence North 31 degrees 01 minutes East 69 feet; thence South 58
degrees 59 minutes East with the South boundary of said highway 20 feet
to the point of beginning.
Being the same property conveyed to
Jennie Ash by virtue of Warranty Deed dated the 26th day of July 1985
found and recorded in the Land Deed Book 204 at page 492 and Warranty
Deed dated the 20th day of April 1977 found and recorded in Land Deed
Book 160 at 702 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi.

Notice is hereby given to the qualified
electors of the Holly Springs School District of Holly Springs,
Mississippi, that a special election will be held in said District on
Tuesday, the 7th day of May, 2013 for the purpose of submitting to the
qualified electors of said District the following proposition, to-wit:
Shall the Holly Springs School District issue its bonds in the maximum
principal amount of $10,000,000 to raise money to pay the costs,
including the costs of such borrowing, of purchasing, erecting,
repairing, equipping, remodeling and enlarging school buildings and

necessary water, light, heating, air conditioning and sewerage

Burrow executed a Deed of Trust to PRLAP, Inc. as Trustee for the
benefit of Bank of America, N.A., which Deed of Trust was recorded in

WHEREAS, Bank of America, N.A.,
