The Marshall County Board of
Supervisors will receive sealed bids in the office of the County
Administrator, Post Office Box 219, 111 South Market Street, Holly
Springs, Mississippi 38635, until Monday May 6, 2013 and
thereafter publicly open them for Scrub Seal application per
mile. Bid shall be with CMS-1P-CR and Bid shall be
with Marshall County furnishing the rock.
Bid prices will be for a period of
twelve 12 months. All bidders shall be precisely clear as to
the specifications of their products.
The Board reserves the right to reject
any and all bids and to waive any and all formalities in the best

WHEREAS, on September 10, 2004, Julio
Martinez and Mayra Real Medrano executed and delivered a certain Deed
of Trust unto D. M Grisham, Trustee for the benefit of National Bank of
Commerce incorrectly referred to as National Bank of Commerce a
Division of National Bank of Commerce, to secure an indebtedness
therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the
Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi in Book 364, Page 179;
and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was
subsequently assigned unto Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, by
instrument recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in
Book 83, Page 619 and
WHEREAS, the holder of said Deed of

Under and by virtue of the authority
vested in me as Trustee in that certain Deed of Trust dated
September 1, 2004 executed by Harold B. Jeffries and wife, Willette Z.
Jeffries unto William F. Schneller as Trustee, to secure an
indebtedness therein described to Gary May said Deed of Trust

The land and property herein conveyed
is further shown, described and depicted in that certain plat and
survey of Donald Jeff Hollingsworth, Registered Professional Land
Surveyor, dated August 26, 2004.
