• SPECIAL SERVICES April 6-8: The Apostolic Church of Jesus, located at 178 Stonewall Road, Byhalia, will be in revival with evangelist Crockett Kennedy from Hattiesburg. He will be teaching and ministering on “The Tabernacle in the Wilderness.” He will set the tabernacle up in the church. There will be special lighting and smoke effects. • Meeting The Institute of Community Services, ICS will host a Town Hall meeting on April 7, at the Marjean Taylor-Myatt Head Start center beginning at 10 a.m. The public is invited. • Meeting Marshall County Retired Education Personnel will meet Friday, April 11, 12 noon at Annie’s Restaurant. Lawrence Autry will serve dinner to the retired teachers that day.

April 12

• Fish fry will be held at Emory Independent Methodist Church, 872 Watson Road, 5-7 p.m. Adults $10, children 5 and under $5, includes fish, French fries, hushpuppies, cole slaw and homemade desserts. All proceeds go toward the church mission trip 2009. For more information call 838-7878.

• Revival First Baptist Church Byhalia is having our spring revival April 13 - 16. Sunday services are at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. with a potluck lunch following the morning service. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday services are at 7 p.m. There will be a dinner served at 6 p.m. during the week for a small fee. Rev.
