News Briefs‘Taste of Holly Springs’ slated for April 11 The Holly Springs Main Street Chamber will host its first annual “A Taste of Holly Springs” at 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 11. It
will be held at the Eddie Lee Smith Multi-Purpose Building, 235 North
Memphis Street. The event will feature samples of a variety of
delicious foods from local licensed food vendors, restaurants and
caterers. Admission is $5. For a vendor application, call 252-2943. Easter egg hunt set for this Friday The City of Holly Springs’ annual Easter egg hunt was postponed until this Friday, March 29. The egg hunt, for children ages 10 and under, begins at 10:30 a.m. at Sam Coopwood Park. Business After Hours April 4; Collins guest The first Holly Springs Main Street Chamber Business After Hours will be Thursday, April 4. It will be hosted by Holly Springs Tourism & Recreation Bureau at the Tourism office, 148 East College Avenue. There
will be an art tour around the square featuring artist Elton Collins
Jr. Time of the event is 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Mural posters will be

Marshall County Board of Supervisors will provide dumpsters at the
following locations during Spring Clean-Up 2013, April 10 through May
