NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Letters Testamentary having been
granted to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Marshall County,
Mississippi, on the Estate of James William Tuttle, Deceased, on the
26th day of December, 2012, notice is hereby given to all persons
having claims against said Estate to have their claims probated and
registered by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Marshall County,
Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this
notice, and that failure to probate and register their claims with the
Clerk within that time will forever bar the claim.

HILL CREST CEMETERY
REHABILITATION WORKS
Sealed bids are called by the Board of Aldermen of Holly Springs,
Mississippi until 5 p.m. local time, on February 5, 2013 at the office
of the City Clerk, City of Holly Springs, 160 South Memphis Street,
Holly Springs, MS 38635 for supplying all labor and materials necessary
for the proposed Hill Crest Cemetery Rehabilitation project work as
described here under. Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi Law
and have a Certificate of Responsibility issued by the Mississippi
State Board of Public Contractors. The detailed scope of work
and tasks to be carried out is in the technical specifications.

A monument is referred to as any structure in the lot including the
fence, boundary, and accessory structures in the cemetery. The
Contractor shall have experience in carrying out similar historical
rehabilitation works.
The entire project must be completed
within 150 calendar days and shall be started soon after issue of
Notice to Proceed by the City of Holly Springs. The pre-bid
conference for the project will be held on January 17, 2013 at 11:30
am. The City of Holly Springs highly encourages all bidders
to attend the Pre-bid conference. Submitted Bids will be
opened on February 5, 2013 at 5:30 pm in the City Council meeting.
Copies of the contract documents may be
obtained from the office of IMS Engineers P.A, upon payment of $100.00
(One Hundred Dollars only) for each set, none of which is
refundable. The payment shall be in form of certified banker
check. If the bid documents shall be mailed, an additional
$10.00 is required for covering the mailing charges. Bids
will be mailed through first class mail on the third working day after
receiving the payment. Neither IMS Engineers P.A., nor the
City of Holly Springs is responsible or liable for any delays in mail
deliveries.
City of Holly Springs strongly
encourages the use of Minority, Women Owned and Disadvantaged Business
Enterprises in the performance of the work. Bid should
clearly define the use of Minority, Women Owned and Disadvantaged
Business Enterprises. Bids for submission shall be labeled as
follows on the outer cover: “HILL CREST CEMETERY REHABILIATION WORKS”
The Owner reserves the right to reject
any and all bids and to waive informalities. Bids on the
Project must be received on or before the period scheduled for the
Project and no bid can be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time
for the Project for a period of sixty (60) days.

premises within 48 hours of sale and broom sweep clean the unit.
