Letter to the Editor

We often see or hear the words “God Bless America.” God has been blessing America for a long time. Well, when is America going to bless God? How do we bless God? We bless Him by caring and loving each other.

We are all descendants of Adam and Eve, and when we see each other, we are looking at our family. Now, if I have a problem with seeing you as part of my family, then I need to check my heart and see why I feel like that when I see someone who doesn’t look like me. No one was born with thinking they are better than others; it had to be taught to us.

Anyone who lives in Holly Springs or Marshall County is a part of Holly Springs/Marshall County families. The leader of Holly Springs-Marshall County is a parent, the citizen are as the children. So, parents, where are you leading the children (citizens)? Parents are to lead and protect their children and do what is best for the family. There were times when children were sent out of the room when a serious decision was made. Maybe if our leaders would ask for Godly wisdom understanding and knowledge without camera they would be able to settle the problem.
