William Earl "Billy" Yancey

William Earl "Billy" Yancey, 65, of Byhalia, died October 30, 2023. He was a project manager at Milwaukee Tool Company.
Graveside services were held at Hood Cemetery in the Warren Community of Fayette County, Tenn. Peebles Fayette County Funeral Home and Cremation Center was in charge of arrangements.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jep Dudley Yancey and Earlene Gilliand Yancey; and a sister, Wanda K. Yancey.
