Loyd Cabort Jones

Loyd Cabort Jones, 60, of Holly Springs, died March 1, 2024, at his home in the Chulahoma community. He was a member of Chulahoma MB Church where he was a member of the choir. He was a set-up crew leader for Autozone.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on March 8 from 2:30-6 p.m. and on March 9 at Chulahoma MB Church from 1-1:55 p.m. with services at 2 p.m. Pastor Lonnie Whitfield will officiate. Burial will be in Street Hill PB Church Cemetery.

He leaves his wife, Debbie Johnson Jones; daughter, Aniah Lust of Memphis, Tenn.; stepchildren, Laquita Miles of Courtland, Shaquana Johnson of Batesville; brothers, Johnnie Ray Jones of Olive Branch, Ira Jones, Larry Jones, both of Memphis, Ricky Jones of Holly Springs; and one grandson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, L.C. and Dora Sims Jones.
