Jmichael Ladarrell Jones Sr.

Jmichael Ladarrell Jones Sr., 46, of Lamar, died February 21, 2024, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-East in Memphis, Tenn. He was a member of Roberts Chapel CME Church.

Visitation will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Mar. 1 from 4-6 p.m. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Mar. 2 at Hudsonville CME Church. Burial will be in Roberts Chapel CME Church Cemetery.

He leaves his wife, Tomekia Hurt of Lamar; son, Jmichael Ladderreo Jones Jr. of Olive Branch; daughters, Lilian Jones of Lamar, Mykia Jones, Anginae Jones, both of Holly Springs, brothers, Robert Lee Jones Jr., Willie Jones, both of Lamar, Cleo Jones (Debra), Clyde Jones, Jerry Jones (LaTina), all of Memphis; sisters, Lillie Mae Echols of Victoria, Anna Jones of Lamar; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee Jones and Lillie B. Jones; son, Quarterrius Jones; brothers, Leon Jones, Roger Jones, Evone Jones, Glendale Jones, Delmar Jones, George Jones, Charles Jones and Walter Fitchpatrick.
