Eliza Blakley Holley Price

Eliza Blakley Holley Price, 95, of Abbeville, died Tues., Feb. 7, 2017, at her home. The widow of James Lee Holley and Sammie Price, she was a member of Springfield MB Church where she was a member of the Mothers Board and the choir. She was a former cook for A Minute convenience store in Oxford.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on Feb. 11, at Springfield MB Church with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Jerry Malone officiated. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves four daughters, Kathryn Jones and Teressa Fisher of Abbeville, Debra Kimmons of Denver, Colo., Janice Brown of Olive Branch; four sons, Eugene Holley, Edward Holley, Richard Holley all of Milwaukee, Wis., Robert Holley of Estill Springs, Tenn.; 32 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Ivory Corothers; and four sons, Leo Holley, Raymond Holley, Howard Holley, and James C. Holley.
