Annella Shinault Szanyi

Annella Shinault Szanyi, 80, of Tupelo, formerly of Byhalia, died October 31, 2023, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was retired from the City of Memphis, Tenn., and a member of Harrisburg Baptist Church.
A celebration of life was held at 10 a.m. on Nov. 2 at Harrisburg Baptist Church. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. at Byhalia Cemetery. Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves a stepdaughter, Roganne Stutos (Pete) of Los Angeles, Calif.; brother, Sid Shinault (Elaine) of Olive Branch; and sister, Theresa Shinault London (Larry) of Tupelo.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Szanyi; and brothers, Joey Shinault and Cecil Shinault.
