Locals receive degrees from Northwest

Northwest Mississippi Community College officials announced 465 graduates have been awarded the Associate of Arts for the spring 2022 semester. Degrees were officially conferred by Dr. Michael Heindl, Northwest president, on May 6 during the college's 110th Commencement.

The list of graduates from Holly Springs are Jayla Sims, Rebecca Roberts, Brian Wages, Shirley Simmons, Cori Bell, Diamond Byers, Carleigh Cook, Nicholas Frayser, Splyndid Hollis, Nathan Peace, Shannon Lynn, and Ian Montoria.

The graduates from Waterford, are Karlie Potts and Kristen Snow.

The graduates listed from Byhalia are Gabrielle Benson, Selenne Gonzalez Ragoyta, Sarah Honore, Taylor McCulley, Noemi Landaverde, Tyler Delaney, Amy Meraz, Joshua Manues, Lakayla Barnum, Connor Bumpous, Caterra Oliphant. Brianna Ables, Brittany Bronson, Emily Campbell, and Evelyn Aguirre.

The list of graduates from Potts Camp are Madison Hutchens, Megan Cheatwood, Bradley Nichols, Alexandria Yeats.

The list of graduates from Hickory Flat are Andrew Finzer and Macy Thompson.

The graduate from Red Banks is Trice Shaw.
